The increasing use of the JCT Standard Form of Contract with Contractor’s Design has meant that we frequently undertake the role of the Employer’s Agent for a number of our clients.
YMD Boon Ltd is able to guide clients, particularly those with little or no building experience, through the pitfalls of the contract and its procurement. We prepare the Employer’s Requirements document, which forms the basis of the contract, accurately identifying the essential design details needed by the client.
This document can be used to obtain competitive quotations or for the basis of a negotiated contract with the client’s preferred contractor.
